In Goodland, KS the City power plant has two cooling towers, one without the catalytic water conditioner (pictured on left). As a comparison test, a 1/2-inch catalytic water conditioner was installed on the second tower (pictured on right). The catalytic water conditioner de-scaled the filters inside the tower within a few days, and eliminated monthly cleaning.
